EXHIBITS MOVE-IN:
March 5 (Monday): Carpet/Exhibits
All exhibits to be complete by 4:00 pm Wednesday, March 7
(No cars other than turntable models will be allowed during exhibit move-in.)
Please review the following schedule carefully. Exhibitors must adhere to the following schedule to prevent congestion in the exhibit hall. To expedite equipment move-in, all drivers are required to check-in at the material handling desk located on the exhibit floor with certified weight tickets (both empty and loaded). Trucks will be allowed into dock spaces only after given space assignment. Placement of trucks will be determined by the move-in schedule.

VEHICLE MOVE-IN:
March 6 (Tuesday): Vehicles - 3pm - 7pm
No vehicles will be allowed before scheduled move-in times unless previously authorized.

REGULATIONS
The following exceptions can be made to the regular vehicle move-in schedule:
Any vehicle displayed on a turntable may be brought into the hall once the installation of the turntable is complete.Exhibitors must contact the Fern Exposition Exhibitor Service Center for approval and coordination.
Vehicles may come in once the installation of your display materials are complete only if the vehicles will not interfere with other exhibits. Early vehicle move-in must be approved by Fern Exposition at the Exhibitor Service Center.
Be Flexible. If weather threatens or your exhibit space is ready, vehicles may be admitted early. Contact Fern Exposition Company for permission.
EXHIBITORS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING VEHICLE REGULATIONS:
Gas tanks are allowed to be 1/8th full of fuel only.
Security will check fuel gauges before vehicles are allowed into the hall.
Car batteries must be disconnected with each cable taped.
Gas caps must be sealed with tape or locking gas caps.

Automobiles or exhibits are not allowed to be removed from the hall at any time prior to the official show closing Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 7:00 PM. Exhibitors are responsible for displaying all the necessary vehicle window labels in compliance with all federal, state and local laws. Your Dealer Association Show Office can answer any questions concerning the appropriate laws governing window labels.
